Sketch Saturday meets LOTV, Week #2!!

Morning All and Happy Saturday!

I hope you're all well?  Wow, what a week that was!!  I was made redundant from work yesterday, we knew it was coming and to be honest I'm glad to be out of there but it's always the people you miss isn't it.  I didn't think I'd be so upset but as per usual I ended up crying!!  I couldn't even give 'my boys' a hug as I knew it would set me off again!!  I feel really sad to not be working with them anymore  :o(  I've been there 9 and a half years so I'm very nervous about finding another job and starting somewhere new!!  Although I'd quite like to have March off and start somewhere in April so once I get the old company out of my system I'm sure the nervous excitement will kick in - well I hope so anyway!!  But for today I'm off to the Make It Farnborough Craft Show and hopefully a good bit of craft shopping will help to start the de-stressing process!!  Very excited about the show, I've never been to this one before and always need more stash, lol!!

Onto my card and this weeks Sketch Saturday DT card.  You guessed it, it's another LOTV but this time a male card that I made for hubby's step dad.  It was his birthday on Thursday and when Daemo spoke to him he said how much he loved his card and was really chuffed with it  :o))  That certainly lifted my spirits in what has been a very stressful week!!  Here it is...

Have a fab day all and see you soon,
Much love,

I understand what you are feeling about the job front, I went through it after 17years at the same place, but we do get over it and you will sail into a new job...in April, and all will be great with the world again. Good luck.
