Happy Sunday Everyone!!
I hope you've all had fab weekends? As always mine has flown by and I still have so much to do, lol!! Oh well, I guess I've got another busy week coming up!!
The card I'm posting tonight is a commissioned card for one of my Netball team mates, from her and her husband for their daughter's first birthday. So it has to be extra pink and extra special, lol!! What do you think?...

Lovely Cuppa Tea!!

Hi Everyone,
Well what a week at work that was!! Not a good week at all sadly with numerous redundancies and uncertainty over our future. Although I have been told my job is safe, not sure for how long though! So much stress and upset but I guess what will be will be and we'll find out in time. Maybe time to polish up the CV though...
Something that has put a smile on my face and let me drift away from all the negativity is my card, thanks goodness for crafting, lol!! That's why I love it so much, it's such a good stress reliever for me and really helps to calm the mind. This one I've made for my sort of cousin (!), let me explain! Louise is my cousin Deby's cousin on the other side of the family, does that make sense, ha ha ha probably not!! Anyway, Lou and I are really good friends, she's always there when I need her and we have such fun together! Daemo and Paul (Hubby and Lou's Hubby) are also best of friends too so we love spending time with them. We're going over to see them tonight for a curry and good chin wag, can't wait! So this is the birthday card I've made her as it's her birthday next week. What do you think?...

Adorable Fudge!

Coo-ee, me again!
And here I am with Julie's second birthday card, this one is just from me though not the rest of the team! Julie has two very special Poochy (I think that's how you spell it?!) dogs called Poppy and Fudge and she absolutely loves them. So I just had to make her a Puppy related card! And Magnolias Wilma the Dog with a Rose was just the perfect stamp!! What do you think?...

Aaawwww, so cute!! I've used Doodlebug's Pretty Kitty Ribbon Stripes and Paw Prints (yes I know it's cat paper, lol!) layered onto Sugar N Spice Core d'inations card, the flowers are by Prima, the glittered brads are from my stash, I've used my Nestabilities dies and Woodware punch, the Special Friend sentiment on the front of the card is by Craftwork Cards and the sentiment on the inside of the card is by Hero Arts. I've added Glossy Accents to Fudge's (Wilma's!) nose - every puppy has to have a wet nose! And Glamour Dust on his bow.
I think Julie will love it!! I hope so anyway, lol!!
I'm going to enter this card in Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog - Week #99. I saw this sketch and thought it would work perfectly with my stamp.
That's it from me tonight. I have lots more cards to make and hopefully I'll be able to squeeze some crafting in after work this week so fingers crossed I'll be seeing you all again very soon.
Take care and lots of love...

Multi Challenge Fairy Birthday!

Morning all,
Last day of Easter Break today (boooo!) but you can spend the whole day eating chocolate (yayyyyyyy!) :o) I hope you've all had a good Easter? I've spent mine so far making cards and shopping for craft supplies (at The Glitter Pot - my favourite shop!!), perfect! Hubby has been away racing in the Stars of Tomorrow kart meeting but he's home now so we're off to see my Sister-In-Law (Lucy), Brother-In-Law (Dan), Nephews (Henry and Archie), Niece (Maisy) and Father-In-Law (Fred) today, can't wait!
Ok onto the card! This one I've made for my friends daughter, Jody, who will be 6 this Saturday. I'm pretty sure pink is her favourite colour and of course it had to be fairies!! What do you think?

Fold It!

Hi everyone,
I hope you're all good? I've booked all next week off work so I'm in an extra special good mood today, wahoo!! Yes a whole week out of the boring office, how good is that!! Although I'll be spending my week off doing all my husband's paperwork for the end of the tax year so nothing too exciting but at least that's real work ay and we may get a few days out and about too. And we get to spend the weekend eating chocolate too, double wahoo!! He he he...
Ok enough about me, onto the card. This one I've made for a friend and neighbour of mine. It had to be Tilda, just toooo cute!! I thought I'd enter the Just Magnolia Challenge Blog, Week 49 - Fold It challenge with this card which is to create a card / project with a minimum of two folds. I learnt to make this kind of card (is it called a Valley Card?) just a couple of weeks ago in my Cardmaking Class with the very talented Lisa Baker and have been waiting to use this style, talk about perfect timing! What do you think?...
