Another LOTV - I LOVE these stamps!!

Coo-ee, me again!!

I hope I find you all well today?  I'm feeling absolutely shattered - thank goodness it's Saturday!!  Even my eye's are hurting, poor old bird lol!!  We've been doing our Adoption Preparation courses for the last three weeks (one more to go next week) and it's been heavy going!!  We've had lots of fun but also tears.  Luckily for us the other prospective adopters on the course are all amazing people and we've really clicked as a group and already been out for a night out!  And the Social Workers taking the course are brilliant too.  It's been such an amazing experience so far for us, fingers (and everything else!) crossed we're allowed to move on to the next stage...

Anyway enough waffle and onto my card!  This one I've made for one of my friends and it's also for this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge Week #140.  Another fabby sketch by Jo, I loved this one!  And another LOTV from me, I love these stamps too!!  We have 2 new Design Team members that have joined our happy team this week, Bente and Karita.  You should definitely check their blogs out, amazing!!  Here's my card...

Apologies I haven't made many cards recently, it's all been a bit busy this end!!  I'm being made redundant at the moment too (as if there wasn't enough going on, lol!) and only have four weeks left at work so I plan to make quite a few cards in my time off before getting another job to make up for my recent absence, and also because I'll have time too, wahoo!!  But as for this weekend I'd better crack on, I have the VAT for Hubby's business to finish and file and then file his self assessment too. BORING!! But I'm out tonight with the girlies so that will be good fun, yaaaaaay :o) Looking forward to having a few drinkies and a good laugh!! My Mum absolutely loves travelling and holidays.  Since her 50th birthday she's been to Australia twice, Vietnam, Thailand and India but to name a few countries!!  I did have a different idea in mind for her card, I bought new stamps and everything and then changed my mind, oops!  Oh well, I'm sure I'll need the other stamps for cards in the future anyway, lol!!  Just don't tell Hubby!!

A Cheeky Wedding Card!

Evening All,

I hope you're all well?  Super quick post from me today - my goodness I don't seem to have any spare time at all this week!  I'm off to netball in a minute but just wanted to post this card so that you don't think I've disappeared off the face of the earth, lol!  I made, as the title suggests, a cheeky little Wedding Card.  I won last month over on DigiStamp Boutique (yaaaaaaaaay!) and got to choose 5 digi's and this was one of them!  I didn't know at the time that I would be using it so quickly, lol!  Anyways, as per I was running out of time so I made a 5' x 5' shaker card and used confetti as the 'shaker' ingredients.  I think the image and paper do all the talking so didn't feel it needed anything more than that really - what do you think?

It's really blowy here today, just listening to the wind is not enticing me to go out at all!!  But good to dust off the old cobwebs ay  :o)  I hope you're all well and had a good week?  I'm feeling a lot better now although still a bit drained so I'll probably have an easy weekend.  Still not got back into the swing of everything yet either, whoops!  Not sure I like reality lol!

I hope you're all good?  I'm feeling better than yesterday but still not great so I'm not at work.  But at least I'm feeling a bit better and able to share a card I made over the weekend with you.  I've made this one for my best friend and as the title suggests it's a Lili of the Valley stamp!  Have you been on the LOTV website this morning and ordered their new release?  I was a bit naughty, shhhhhh don't tell hubby!!  But you can't help it when the stamps are sooooooo deeeee-lish can you!!

Apologies for the late post today - I've been a bit naughty and had an extra long lay-in this morning as I was sooooo tired but hey, better late than never!  :o)  It was lovely too, lol!
