Hmmmmm, it's ok.....

Good morning peeps,

 

Hope everyone is good and having a good week so far? We've been stuck indoors the past couple of days as it's done nothing but rain! It hasn't been much fun, the kids are both going through a BIG TIME testing stage at the moment.....thank goodness for crafting keeping me sane otherwise I think I'd be filling up the bottle bank on a daily basis lol!!

 

Onto my card and I'm not entirely happy with this one. You know how some cards you plan in your head and then BAM they come together and you're really pleased with them, well this wasn't one of those! I struggled for ages to think about what to do, changed my mind a hundred times and came up with this. It's ok...that's all I'm saying!

Superman.....or boy!

Afternoon,

 

And a Happy Bank Holiday weekend to all of you living in the UK, hope you've got something nice planned?  Daemo and I managed to get out on Friday night and we had a lovely evening.  We went to Bluewater to the cinema and saw The Great Gatsby which we thought was really good, although a little sad too.  Then we went for a nice meal in Browns, mmmmm it was deeeeeelish (and so was the vino!).  The kiddie winks were really good for Nanny too so all in all I think we all had a fab evening  :o))

Morning All,

 

Hope everyone is well?  We have yet more colds and sore throats in our house this week, my goodness I'm sooooo bored of illness!!  Hopefully we'll all be better by the weekend.  It was mine and Hubby's 9th Wedding Anniversary yesterday and we're going out tomorrow night to celebrate, it'll be the first time we've been out together since the children came home (almost a year!!) so I really hope we'll be better.....or it might end up with us drinking lemsips instead of vino lol!

Ooooo the sun is shining today and we're off to my Mum & Dads for a roast dinner, I do love Sunday's like this!!  :o))

 

So I promised you a Girlie card this time and I aim to please!  Here's Saturated Canary 'Honey' that I've made for my friends daughter who's turning 12.  I think she looks girlie but with an edge in her big DM's!!...

I'm back again with another.....Boy card!  Do your cards run in that order too, you need loads of boys and then you need loads of girls?!  I hope I'm not boring you all with all these boys lol!  I think it'll be a girl card next time, honest  ;o)

 

So here he is then.  I made this one for my Nephew who'll be 6 next month.  Yes, I'm super early but when I saw this image (another fab new release from Paula @ Pollycraft) I couldn't resist making him into a card now!  And my Little Man (who's also 6) loves drawing and making robots so I knew he'd be just perfect for my Nephew's card...

Thank you for all your lovely comments on my first card back last week, you certainly made me feel welcome  :o))  How I've missed the crafting love!  And since coming back, so has someone else...

 

 

 

Yes the amazingly talented Paula has re-opened the Pollycraft doors with some fantastic new digi's, have you seen them?  Well they certainly helped my mojo to return pretty sharpish lol!  So for my card today I'm sharing one of her brand spanking new images, here's
